For the last seventeen years Andrew Dane has been the founder and owner of Online Mediation Services. Specialising in International Online Workplace Mediation. The most recent successful online workplace mediation case was in three different time-zones, with one of the parties based in Beijing, China on their iPad, the other party based in Bangkok, Thailand on their laptop and the mediator based in London, England on their PC.

Many other successful online and face-to-face workplace mediations have been successfully conducted around the globe. In all cases a deep understanding of local cultures was paramount in resolving the dispute.
