I was a District Judge and Judge-Mediator of the Family Justice Courts for 7 years. I have successfully mediated many family-related disputes over the years. I have also mediated commercial and employment related disputes. An area which I would be able to assist would be family business related disputes. I am also deeply passionate about marital mediation, which is suitable for couples who are contemplating divorce but have not quite decided. I would be able to mediate the marital issues which parties are facing and assist in helping them decide whether to continue working on the marriage or proceed with the divorce.
