I am an NMAS accredited mediator with qualifications in engineering, logistics and business. My experience comes from over 25 years of resolving problems and providing business solutions locally and internationally for both small and large companies in a wide range of industries.
My experience gives me a business-outcome focussed approach to commercial mediation, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. I am passionate about using dispute resolution processes to assist people in conflict resolve their disputes and find solutions to meet their needs quickly and effectively.
Workplace
I am an experienced conflict coach and an NMAS accredited mediator with qualifications in engineering, logistics and business. For 20 years I managed a large professional services team involving multiple locations, languages and cultures for a large multinational company.
My work experience gave me a business-outcome focussed approach to leadership, management, team performance, multi-cultures and the workplace. I am passionate about using my experience combined with conflict coaching and various dispute resolution processes to help company directors, managers, employees and contractors understand conflict in the workplace, their role and conflict style and how to resolve their workplace conflict situations.
