Fauzul is a corporate litigation lawyer, focusing on commercial disputes and settlements in courts and arbitration forums.
He has acted as legal counsel for PT Transportasi Jakarta, a Jakarta-government owned transportation company in dispute settlements before Indonesian National Arbitration Agency from 2014 – 2018. He also represented the Ministry of Forestry and Environments in various environmental cases against private companies.
Fauzul has also assisted foreign investment companies in labor disputes from bipartite, tripartite and court proceedings, including accompanying companies in the mediation process.
