Girija Krishan Varma

Girija Krishan Varma (Ms), is a Certified Mediator, FCIArb Arbitrator, Intellectual Property (IP) Expert & Legal Counsel.

As an Arbitrator Girija has written several awards and represented clients in international arbitrations & ADR processes. As a lead Counsel, she has represented before SIAC, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), ICA, DIAC, and many domestic Arbitrators.  She argues cases before The High Courts & Supreme Court of India, and some of her cases have culminated into land-mark judgements. Girija is an Awardee of The British Council Chevening Scholarship, International Women’s day and Asia Legal Business (ALB)/ Thomson Reuters ranked Girija as the only Independent Legal Counsel among the Top 50 Lawyers of India & Top 15 IP Lawyers.
