Lim Tat

I was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989, with more than 30 years of experience in dispute resolution practice (litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiation). My qualifications include LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, MBA / LL.M from the National University of Singapore, and MSc (Construction Law & Arbitration) (With Merit) from King’s College London. I have appeared as counsel in the State Courts, High Court and Court of Appeal, Strata Titles Boards, and in domestic and international arbitration and mediation. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Fellow of the Arbitrator’s and Mediator’s Institute of New Zealand, and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (USA). My dispute resolution practice has been ranked by the world’s leading directories.
