I was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989, with more than 30 years of experience in dispute resolution practice (litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiation). My qualifications include LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, MBA / LL.M from the National University of Singapore, and MSc (Construction Law & Arbitration) (With Merit) from King’s College London. I have appeared as counsel in the State Courts, High Court and Court of Appeal, Strata Titles Boards, and in domestic and international arbitration and mediation. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Fellow of the Arbitrator’s and Mediator’s Institute of New Zealand, and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (USA). I have formal training in engineering, in business, and in law. Since the 80’s I have been actively involved in the construction and engineering industries. Thus far, I have handled hundreds of disputes in the alternative dispute resolution regimes. With my years of experience in the industries, and my years of experience in handling disputes, I will be able to render fair and equitable awards for disputes in the construction and engineering industries.

Mediation is a process by which parties resolve their disputes through negotiations and communications. I am committed to work with each family to resolve their own issues, considered in their own unique set of circumstances and using the most appropriate process of dispute resolution to their case.
